Last night we had a young adult suffer a major heartache and die at work. Today, we spent the day processing and grieving with the kids. One of the babies had loads of questions that I did the best to answer. This particular baby has been gifted with unusually large lips and he said to me, "I heard that the staff couldn't give him [the young man] CPR 'cause his lips are too big." My heart hurts.

Ohhh...that is sad. It must be hard to help them understand. But I am sure you are in your position for a reason!!
