Have you seen this man? He disappeared from our life years ago and recently, the one he became died. He was a man whom I once loved and loved still because he gave me a beautiful son. And so, we weep. For the loss of love. For the loss of a father. For the loss of one so in love with life. For the loss of hopes and dreams. For a death of one so young. And yet, we rejoice. For that beautiful boy. For a life well lived. For one who has been redeemed. For a lasting gift. For freedom. Be at peace.
